CHECKWEIGHER
ST - 1500

The CHECKWEIGHER STD-1500 was developed to meet the needs of the industry, ensuring the actual weight of products and performing automatic production tracking. On the input conveyor belt, a fixed camera reads a primary label on the box, where it identifies the product. The information is processed and each product has its own weight tolerance.

If the product is within the pre-programmed weight tolerances, the box is tracked in a database on the equipment itself.

If the weight is outside, the box is rejected and tracking is not performed. The CHECKWEIGHER ensures this monitoring efficiently, avoiding losses for both the company and consumers. Autonomous operation and remote monitoring via cell phone, it communicates with printers, labelers and integrates with the customer's ERP.
